Knowing what to do isn't the hard part
Doing it consistently, in a real week with a real job and real family, is. Coaching is the structure and accountability that makes it happen.
Coaching built around your body
I use the ph360 model, which builds a picture of how your body is put together — your shape, your metabolism, your natural rhythms — and turns that into specific guidance. It's why one person thrives on early morning training and another falls apart on it.
We start with a full assessment, set two or three priorities, and then meet regularly to keep it moving. Between sessions you have a short written plan and a way to reach me when something isn't working.
Coaching pairs well with naturopathy but works fine on its own. Plenty of people come for coaching alone because the problem isn't information, it's follow-through.
What we work on
The four areas
Food that suits you
Not a template diet. What to eat, when, and how much, based on your body type, your season of life and what you actually like.
Movement you'll keep doing
The right kind of exercise for your build and your energy, at a volume that leaves you better rather than wrecked.
Sleep and recovery
Getting your body clock back on track — light, timing, wind-down and the small habits that make the difference.
Mind and environment
Stress load, work rhythm, the people around you. This is usually the part that decides whether the rest holds.
Is coaching right for you?
If you've got the information and still can't make it stick, that's exactly what this is for. Let's have a quick chat.
