Naturopathy
Get to what's actually driving it
Normal test results don't always mean nothing's wrong. Naturopathy looks at the whole system and works on the causes underneath your symptoms.
What naturopathy actually involves
It starts with a long conversation. What you eat, how you sleep, what your digestion does, what's happened medically, what's happening at home and at work. Patterns show up in that detail that a ten minute appointment never gets near.
From there we build a plan. That usually means some changes to food, a herbal formula made for you, and one or two targeted nutrients — not a cupboard full of bottles. If testing would genuinely change what we do, I'll suggest it. If it wouldn't, I won't.
Most people notice something shifting within three to four weeks. Longer-standing problems take longer, and I'll be straight with you about that at the start.
