Therapeutic Massage
Put your body down for an hour
Most of us carry tension we've stopped noticing. Massage is where the body gets a chance to let it go — and where a lot of people finally sleep properly again.
What a session looks like
We talk first — where it hurts, what you do all day, what pressure suits you. Then you get an hour where nothing is asked of you. I work with the areas that need it and check in as we go rather than pushing through.
Afterwards I'll usually suggest one or two simple things to hold the change: a stretch, a heat pack, a change to how you sit. Nothing complicated.
Sessions run 30, 60 or 90 minutes. Sixty is the sweet spot for most people; ninety if you want full body plus focused work on a problem area.

Choose what your body needs
Not sure which one? Say what's bothering you when you book and I'll suggest a starting point.
Relaxation massage
Slow, steady work that brings your nervous system down out of fight-or-flight. Good if you're wired, tired and not sleeping well.
Therapeutic / deep tissue
Focused work on the areas that hurt — neck, shoulders, lower back, hips. Firm, but never more than you want.
Rongoā Māori
Traditional Māori healing including mirimiri and native plant preparations, offered with respect for the tikanga behind it.
Pregnancy massage
Side-lying and supported positions, adapted through each trimester. Gentle relief for hips, back and swollen legs.

Appointments in Warkworth. If you're also seeing me for naturopathy, we can often line the two up on the same day.
